A passionate, self-motivated and dedicated individual sought, responsible to manage a team of sales agents. The ideal candidate preferably has previous call center management experience, is proactive, has strong work ethics, leadership and coaching skills, and is a focused, punctual, self-motivated team player who has a HIGH tolerance for stress. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of your team, including measuring, developing, motivating, coaching and performance management with focus on performance and reaching and exceeding team targets while ensuring quality standard are adhered to. Duties (key results areas/outputs): Duties as per Team Leader Job Description. Accountable for team’s performance. Develop and execute sales plans at team level. Maintaining and enhancing all quality standards within the department; Performance management and coaching including: Review the teams/individuals performance and feedback results Responsible for the coaching and development of the team to reach targets. Identify opportunities to develop skills and create Personal Development Plans Set daily and weekly targets for the team and each member. General administration duties and reporting. Motivate staff. Minimum educational qualification: Senior Certificate (or equivalent) – Essential FAIS regulatory exams passed will be preferrable. Leadership and/or management qualification – preferrable Experience: Previous Team Leader experience in an outbound sales call center environment will be advantageous. Relevant experience with Microsoft Office - must be competent in MS Excel and Outlook. Competencies (Knowledge/skills): Language requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. Language requirements: Good communication skills in an African Language are preferential. Good interpersonal skills and leadership ability. Strong administrative ability. Dynamic and sales focused approached. Coaching and mentoring abilities. Ability to multi task. Dynamic, vibrant and able to work under pressure. Assertiveness and quick thinking. Punctual and reliable.
