Working for a reputable law firm in their central telephone centre, you will be trained to become a competent receptionist with your duties including; Providing administration and reception support for multiple sites Answering phones / Transferring calls Diary management Meeting and greet clients Maintaining client files Booking and following up courier deliveries Sorting and distributing incoming mail Data entry, Dictaphone and copy typing Stationary orders Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the front office area Our second client is located in JHB CBD , Newtown. In this role you will be working for a small conveyancing firm assisting with Administration duties. This role will require someone with great attention to detail and good literacy ability. In this role your duties will include; Answering phones, transferring client calls and assisting with general enquiries Data entry of client records Filing, Faxing, scanning and photocopying of documents Completing mail outs for clients and potential new business If you are a professional, articulate candidate who is mature minded, enthusiastic and eager to learn, then you will excel in these dynamic role!
