JOB RESPONSIBILITES: Processing and reconciling of creditors’ invoices and purchase orders Daily administration relating to accruals, adjustments and income statements Reporting, investigating and resolving identified discrepancies Managing the Damage Department with regards to processes, deadlines and staff responsibilities Process, identify, investigate and resolve fuel discrepancies Conducting branch audits and reporting Petty cash monitoring & controlling Authorising and capturing of credit notes Customer liaison REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: Proven management experience Proven experience in a financial environment working with deadlines Proven proficiency in Excel at intermediate level Proficient in English (speak, read, write) Unendorsed code 08/EB driver’s license Matric or equivalent A financial diploma or degree (completed or in progress) Should you be interested, please forward CV.
