We are looking for a high-performing recruitment consultant to join its West Rand (Roodepoort) team to manage national and international clients. The successful applicant will typically be a highly driven A-player and achiever that will work against tight sales targets, work very long hours and who is willing to build a highly successful career. Only highly driven and success-orientated individuals who are also willing to work after hours should apply. Requirements: Fluent in written and spoken English. Highly intelligent, very disciplined and well-presented self-starter, outgoing and spontaneous, driven, success-orientated A-Type personality. The successful applicant will be courageous and competitive, honest and who has huge amount of integrity and who is extremely passionate about his/her job. Matric with at least 5 years working experience in the Recruitment Discipline and/or similar in an Agency Environment where canvassing and marketing played a significant role. Incumbents with a solid track record in an agency environment are preferred. The successful incumbent must have a proven track-record and exemplary references. An additional qualification, i.e. Certification, Diploma and/or degree in Human Resources and/or training in Recruitment will be an advantage but not essential. At least 25 years old with a valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle. Must not be bound to a restraint of trade agreement. The company will provide basic training and full support within the first three months probationary period. Terms of Employment: A successful candidate may be subjected to Psychometric Testing. All employment at Execz is subject to a three month probationary period and an initial and renewable six months performance contract that is governed by a Performance Development Measurement Contract (PD). All successful incumbents will be requested to sign a comprehensive restraint of trade. Remuneration: Execz is known to pay the highest commissions in the industry. Besides very lucrative commissions, a basic salary, negotiable on experience, is offered. The successful incumbent will determine his/her own income. The basic salary will be reviewed after the probationary period. Additional incentives and bonuses are only paid to high performers scoring A-player status on their Performance Development Measurement Contracts.
