Job Description: Join a stable, successful property company based JHB North. Previous experience as a front line Office Administrator with Reception exp and as a Typist. Speed and accuracy is a must - MINIMUM 60WPM. Must have strong telephonic and communication skills. Must reside in or close to Sandton area. Minimum Requirements Completed Matric with outstanding written English skills Accurate typing of documentation The ability to type at least 60 words per minute with a 100% accuracy is a pre requisite (Candidates will be assessed) Must reside in or close to the Sandton area Able to multitask and work under pressure Good interpersonal and relations skills Efficient and pay attention to detail Must be able to use the following computer software packages, Outlook, Word & Excel - PowerPoint optional Good communicator Produce neat and well presented work Must be able to handle confidential information with the discretion. Primary duties: Administration Typing Administrative assistance to brokers and admin staff where needed Assist with general queries Banking Distribute faxes and typing to the brokers E-mailing messages using outlook to staff Faxing and Filing Making copies Prepare boardroom for meetings Posting Progressing data Switchboard reliever Telephone canvassing Telephone follow-ups Welcome clients and visitors Limited work out of the office Successful applicants will be assessed on typing skills - speed and accuracy.
