We are currently seeking a Receptionist with office administration background. Reporting to the Office Manger you will be expected to perform the following tasks: Reception duties, general office administration duties, assisting finance department, data capture, filing, mail sorting and email response to clients. Requirements: Professional outlook and presentation, Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively, Self-motivation and an attitude of a team player, Ability to work unsupervised and enjoy being given responsibility, Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, Enjoy a varied role, Basic Salary: R 12,500 per month plus company benefits.
