Job Description

Join this niche Financial Software company as a member of their professional Customer Service Contact Centre team. Liaise professionally with valued customers.

This position will only suit organised candidates with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Minimum candidate criteria:
Min 12 months working experience in a Contact / Call Centre / Financial Administration
Call Centre qualification / Secretarial qualification (Certificate / Diploma)
Min Grade 12 / Matric
Computer literate
Between the ages of 20 - 26 years old
Exceptional communication skills (written & spoken)
FLUENT AFRIKAANS + at least one additional fluent language
Access to reliable transport to the East Rand area, daily
South African citizens only
Clear criminal record & credit history (these will be verified)
Available to start working on 04 March 2013

Other important information about the role:
*Monday - Friday (Max 9-hour shifts, between 7am & 6pm)

*This is a 3-month contract position only (not a permanent role)

Remuneration:
Max salary on offer for this role is R10,000 per month, for the right candidate.
