Personal Assistant

A mature personal assistant is needed for a Medical professional in Durban.

  • Ability to deal with clients and staff on a professional level
  • Must have good understanding of the technical aspects of the cloud services industry or have good technical acumen to acquire understanding in least possible time
  • Confident ability to work and computer and Google Business apps especially sheets and docs
  • Strong command of email
  • Excellent administration and organisational abilities

You will perform the following:

  • Manage my calendar and ensure actionable items from meetings are completed
  • Manage my travel arrangements
  • Assist the support desk getting to all their tickets and ensure good customer relations are maintained by overviewing the support issues and discussing what needs attention with me
  • Continuously work with me to streamline and improve company processes and procedures to the good of all
  • Answer certain inbound calls (temporary as we will have a receptionist handle most)
  • Manage day to day Sage Pastel invoices and work with Bookkeeper to keep books up to date
  • Manage and ensure statements go out and payments come in
  • Assist with legal documents and contracts


Diploma in Office Administration

Basic Salary : R7000 - R11000 p/m. + Benefits
