Admin Clerk Needed

A leading Environmental management company is seeking an Admin Clerk to assist with day to day administrative requirements. The successful candidate will also assist with reception duties and ensure proper
record keeping of all relevant documentation.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Day to day admin
Reception
Arrangements for bookings as required

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure that reports are accurate, and correct information reflects.
Ensure proper record keeping of all relevant documents
Control of stationary
Answering and screening of calls
Any other administration work required

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Matric
2 years office administration experience

Basic Salary : R17000 p/m. + Benefits -Medical aid and pension fund‚Äč
