Permanent Administration Secretarial

Job Description

Duties:

  • To provide administrative support to management and the company through conducting and organising administrative duties and activities including receiving and handling information.
  • Managing and monitoring filing system - up to date and efficient filing and document management system
  • Meeting, minutes and agendas - coordinating and managing all internal and external meetings
  • Office coordination - monitor and improve internal processes
  • Documentation - ensuring all agenda, minutes and other documentation are prepared within the timeline and are of the appropriate standard
  • Finance - control expenses
  • Self development and management - owns self and career development


Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in a secretarial role
  • Strong administration background
  • Good typing  - 50 wpm
  • Computer literacy - must be excellent
