Well established Inbound call centre requires 2/3 well spoken, goal focused candidates who are able to interact with customers on a daily basis.
- Have a clear and confident speaking voice
- Be able to offer polite and courteous assistance in a phone conversation
- Deal with any manner of calls in a highly professional way,,
- Act as the first point of telephone contact for a customer and handle complaints in a diplomatic way
- Accurately update customer records with correct information,
- Answer all queries quickly and efficiently and try to understand a callers point of view and listen to and empathise with them.
- Have the ability to respond and adapt to the needs of all customers and quickly processing information.
- Grade 11 or Higher
- Experience an advantage
- Training will be provided to those without experience
