Job Description

Field Sales Executive

The role of the FSE is to maintain an existing base of clients and to bring in as much new business from the allocated territory. The maintenance is to be done on a call cycle. The FSE is also responsible for sourcing, planning and achieving as much new business for the organisation. The FSE is to work closely with an allocated TSE and Customer Support to ensure that all clients are serviced. The FSE is also to work closely with the operations team and specifically her territory couriers.

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
Qualification :
  • Matric / Grade 12
  • 3 years previous experience in Field Sales
  • Drive to achieve
  • Previous experience in the customer services environment
  • Ability to communicate & interact effectively at all levels
  • Excellent communication skills – written / verbal
  • Good business writing skills
  • Valid drivers licence without endorsement
  • Good information seeking /analytical ability
  • Own transport
  • Well groomed and presentable
