Job Description

Sales Order Contract Administrator
 
This person in this position is responsible for reviewing, analysing, loading and administering the sales orders and contracts. They should have complete knowledge of the legal issues pertaining the sale of equipment and the service agreements we enter into. This includes purchase orders and account queries regarding the payments, vendor contracts and general office administrative duties.

Serve as liaison between internal and external customers to ensure the effective process of sales orders and contract loading and maintenance
 
Duties
  • Load Sales Orders
  • Follow up on open sales orders
  • Customer returns
  • Loading and maintenance of service contracts
  • Loading and maintaining vendor contracts
  • Reports
  • Filing
  • Accounting payable
  • Other admin duties

Requirements

  • Matric
  • 2 Years' administration and contracts experience
  • High level of accountability and responsibility
  • Detail oriented with an Accounting background
  • Must be computer literate in Office and CRM products
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Willing to work overtime
  • Attention to detail and the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies
  • Excellent reading and language comprehension, with exceptional communication skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to work with a teal at all levels of an organisation
  • Ability to manage contracts

 

Basic Salary: 15000 - 19000
