Permanent Call Centre Customer Service Sales

Job Description

We currently have 2 positions available for experienced Call Centre Representatives within the Telecommunications industry.

An exciting role that requires a person who has the ability to multi-talk and meet individual & team KPI's .
You must be able to think quickly whilst communicating concisely and clearly. Ideally you will have experience within a Call Centre environment as well as previous experience using both Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. However, it is more important that you are used to providing solutions in a fast paced and sometimes technical environment.
You will have above average computer skills, especially with the Microsoft Suite and have strong written and verbal attributes, with an excellent telephone manner.

Duties will inclue;
* Managing Inbox's
* Liasing with contractors, customers & key internal stakeholders
* Preparing & Managing quotes
* Reporting
* Actioning & follow up on inquiries

We do not guarantee how many hours per week you will receive however, you must be available to work full time hours between the operating hours of 8am-6pm Monday-Friday
