Job Description

Automotive Parts Warranty Administrator

Global automotive company is looking for a Warranty Administrator to join their team. This is a great opportunity to get into a stable and well recognised automotive manufacturer. 

This position is set to start ASAP. 


  • Receiving and submitting warranty & maintenance claims accurately on the company system.
  • Handling and managing the administration and documentation of all claims, ensuring that all the required reports and photos are attached. 
  • Handling invoices and ensuring all filing is completed timeously. 
  • Overseeing the parts stores department and ensuring that all parts are correctly labeled for easy identification.  
  • Ensuring that only relevant parts are kept in the stores department and ensuring that all the required parts are disposed of as per the company policy.
  • Working with job cards and quotations. 
  • Ensuring that all costing and quotations are done within the company parameters.
  • Receiving payment from cash customers before releasing vehicles. 
  • Checking credit availability for credit customers. 
  • Ensuring that company policies and procedures are followed at all times. 
  • Liaising with various internal departments as required. 


  • Matric or N3 Qualification
  • Secretarial or Administration Qualification (Advantageous) 


  • Previous Workshop Administration experience.
  • Financial background.
  • Excellent Computer Skills - Microsoft Office / GDS / Outlook / PowerPoint / UCHP / RAT / SAP



  • R15 000 - R18 000 Per Month
  • Benefits: Medical Aid, Provident Fund, Bonus
