CONTRACTS CLERK X2 – OFFICE AUTOMATION COMPANY

SALARY | R15 000 CTC PER MONTH INCLUSIVE OF MEDICAL AID + PROVIDENT FUND

PERM POSITION | START ASAP

Our client is a well-established company within the Office Automation industry. They are seeking 2X Contracts Clerks to join their busy team.
The job purpose will be to validate the accuracy of the billing information on contracts.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Computer literate (Microsoft office (Word and Excel)
  • 4 years’ experience within the Office Automation industry
  • 1 - 2 years’ experience in loading of contracts
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good administration skills
  • Attention to detail and accurate
  • Numerical skills
  • Team player and able to work well in a team


DUTIES

  • Working closely with the debt collection team
  • Validating all information of 30/60/90 day contracts
  • Ensure that all contracts are correct and accurate
  • Determine any debt
  • Rental billing reports run on the billing system
  • Limitation on the billing program are manually captured on the billing schedule
  • Checking of billing periods, clients details, amounts, and serial numbers
  • Match invoices with assertive programme
  • Convey payment instructions to different entities
  • Provide the information to Assetfin for receipting
  • Deal with queries
  • Check if sales sheets are compare if there was a service contracts
  • Attach spreadsheet on the invoice that is received from the entities
  • Submit rebates to debtors department for checking
  • Submit all rebates documents to creditors for payment
  • Prepare spreadsheet and send to franchise to do the invoice with the amount
  • Services included in monthly rental
  • Compare service included in rentals report with the statement
  • Update the report with missing information
  • Match the invoices number ( amount on the report and statement)
  • Look on the billing system for a client name, model, serial number and amount
  • Send reports to AssetFin
  • Update the webpage on contracts already loaded and signed
