Job Description

Minimum Reqirements:

  • Matric School leaver pref with experience
  • Must be well spoken, energetic and be able to liaise directly with customers
  • Computer literate MS Outlook (E-mails and calendar)
  • Reception and administration exp an advantage


Primary Duties:

  • Greeting visitors
  • Manning the switchboard
  • Administrative duties (eg. filing, issuing GRNs & booking in customer repairs)
  • Some sales coordination (eg. verbal customer queries & assistance with quotes).
  • Will work very closely with all departments (including the Stores)
  • Will report directly to the Financial Manager as well as both Directors and the Workshop Manager
