Program Coordinator


Location: Stellenbosch, Cape Town

Salary: R12k – R15k per month


About the role:

Our client requires a Programme Coordinator to coordinate projects for corporate clients and/or individuals as allocated and assist with all enquiries related to the learning process.



Financial or Insurance related qualification at NQF Level 6 or equivalent Advance Certificate at NQF Level 6

2 - 3 years’ working experience in an Education or similar training environment

Knowledge and experience working with a Learner Management System

Project Management experience

Excellent Verbal and Written Communication in English

Numeracy Skills

Adept at working in a high-pressure environment

Detail orientated, Negotiating skills

Stress tolerance, Pro-active problem solver

Working effectively on your own

Adapting and responding well to constant change and development



Coordination and Administration

Manage student registrations/enrolments

Attend to student communication and all stakeholders

Communicate project details with corporates and/or learners

Mitigate or relay communication regarding a student’s Academic enquiries

Administration of programmes and assessment processes

Take ownership on leads and follow up to registration

Manage and recording of results relevant processes

Reporting to the relevant regulating bodies (CHE, QCTO, INSETA, etc.)

Quality assuring the data on said reports

Learning Technologies Administration

Create course pages for qualifications/courses assigned

Maintain said course pages and ensure that all content is still relevant

Uploading Material/Resources for qualifications/courses assigned.

Financial Duties

Requesting quotations/tax invoices from Finance

Follow up on outstanding accounts associated with your assigned qualifications/courses
