Job Description

A wonderful opportunity has presented itself within a leading financial group for an Inbound Call Centre Agent. The candidate will be required to provide world class service to our customers by ensuring that their queries and complaints are resolved expediently and that they are kept up to date regularly on the progress being made.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Updating non-financial employer information
  • Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
  • Run data campaigns to enrich the employer data base
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Provide customers with accurate product and service information in an efficient manner
  • Update existing customer personal information
  • Assist clients to submit claims electronically and complete relevant applications forms
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Document all information according to standard operating procedures
  • Written and Verbal communication with employers to obtain employer/employee data
  • Quality assurance of employer data
  • Responding to customer escalations


Requirements

  • Matric – Grade 12 or Grade 10
  • Good Communication skills
  • Good Manners
  • Empathy
