R11 000 neg RESPONSIBILITIES • Complex Diary Management - Planning and arranging internal and external meetings • Ensuring Director has all relevant documentations in advance of meetings where applicable • Co-ordination and organisation of all overseas Travel • Coordinating agendas and taking minutes/action points for meetings chaired by Director • Dealing with suppliers on the telephone or over email in a professional manner • Submitting expense claims • Additional ad hoc tasks as required
PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS • Proven experience of supporting at director level • Previous experience of providing one-to-one and team support • Internet savvy • Excellent communication skills • Conscientious work ethic • Excellent organisational skills • Can-do attitude with plenty of common sense and initiative • Must be proactive, resourceful and diligent • Must also be able to work independently on own initiative • Ability to manage conflicting priorities
