A position has become available for a Order Administrator who will be responsible for the effective and efficient placement of orders on a daily basis.

As a order processing administrator you will be responsible for the following:

  • Processing of orders
  • Receive orders telephonically, via email and fax and process them daily and meet deadlines
  • Create database for orders and confirm orders
  • Place orders with overseas suppliers ensuring that product is received in good order.
  • Handle and process customer queries
  • Generate quotations
  • Conduct billing process
  • Generate invoices for corresponding orders
  • Continuously monitor the order process to ensure that it is effective and efficient


Salary: R 10,500 pm
