Main Functions:


  • Supporting the team throughout the execution of marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Offering input to creative meetings and sharing ideas.
  • Producing artwork and formatting content for all media channels (print and digital).
  • Printing preparation of all material.
  • Preparing all necessary documentation for presentations.
  • Logo design when required.
  • Coordinating artwork for company branded items.
  • Communicating with senior team members to receive feedback.
  • Liaising effectively with clients and other team members.
  • Support sales presentations by assembling proposals, videos, slide shows, demonstration and product capability booklets.
  • Maintains marketing library by checking and replenishing inventory.
  • Up to date keeping of the marketing plans and promotions calendar.
  • Assisting to update webpage, social media pages, google listings and other online listings on a regular basis.
  • Coordinating store customer complaints.
  • Assisting with the ordering and booking of the branded banners and mascot suites.
  • Assisting with the ordering and booking out of company branded Items.
  • Assisting with Sponsorships/ Donations / Goodwill (flowers).
  • Invite franchisees and special guests to new store openings.
  • Market research to determine what other retail groups do in terms of specials, new releases and book launches and plan strategies around findings.
  • Preparation and follow up of all documentation for yearly Managers Conference, trade show and conferences.
  • Updating on a regular basis all documents as required, more specifically referring to the - Disclosure Document, Prospectus, etc.
  • Data capturing of all growth strategy information and keeping it up to date on a daily basis




  • Tertiary Graphic Design qualification.
  • Minimum 1 Year’s working experience as a Graphic Designer.
  • Fully Bilingual (Afrikaans and English).
  • Own Transport and Driver’s Licence.
  • Non-smoker.
  • Design portfolio to be available and submitted with CV.
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Flash)
  • Social Media – design related
  • MS Office
  • Photography
  • Printing preparation of all material
  • Experience with packaging design, animation and HTML coding is a bonus
