Job Description

R 30,000 - R 35,000 per month plus company benefits. The opportunity for a PA has arisen within an established company. Managing the office space to ensure it meets the needs of team members. You will need to be able to think on your feet and proactively create processes and solutions that make everyone's life easier.

The ideal PA / Office Manager will be responsible for organising all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office on a day to day basis.


Previous Office Coordinator / PA / EA experience,
Excellent organizational and time management skills,
Strong IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft,
The capacity to priorities tasks and work under pressure,
Ability to liaise well with others and delegate tasks,
Strong oral and written communication skills,
Ability to work on your own initiative,
Attention to detail,
Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads,
Problem-solving skills and project management ability,
