Job Description

Due to continued growth, our client are looking for supportive and enthusiastic people on a full time basis, to join their Inbound Team. They are focused on creating an engaging working environment and are dedicated to helping develop and grow your career and unlock your own individual potential.

Main responsibilities:

Delivering an outstanding customer service by successfully responding to customer enquiries,
Taking the time to talk to customers and building genuine rapport by truly listening to their needs and supporting them with the products and services that are right for them,
Communicating with customers according to their preferred method of contact (i.e telephone, email, Live Chat etc),

Ideal candidate:

Experience doesn't neccessarily matter for this client, What they are really interested in are people with a genuine passion for going above-and-beyond expectations.
Call center or customer service qualification will be a bonus.

Good with detail and taking your duties seriously,
Friendly, sociable and outgoing,
Comfortable working under pressure to deadlines,
An excellent communicator, quite optimisitic tending to see the positive side of things,
Capable of following direction and a person who genuinely likes and enjoys working with people, then we want to hear from you!
