Job Description

A well-established software company have a opportunity for a 1st Line Software Support Engineer, there is room for growth and this role is recommended to a recent IT graduate looking to enhance their career within IT Support. There is a great working environment within the IT Support team supporting the software created by the company, your role will be taking calls from their clients and assisting with any software related problems. (Full system training provided).

Key Responsibilities:

Support, customer service,
Support external customers and log tickets,
Ensure prompt solutions,
Escalate calls to 2nd / 3rd line support,

The ideal person will have completed a diploma / Degree in Software Support or similar or have previous industry experience such as Application Support or CRM Support.

Starting basic salary R 12,000 per month plus benefits.
