An opportunity for a Graduate to join a National building, civil engineering and mechanical, electrical contractor. Reporting to the Quantity Surveyor, you will support the regional office by providing assistance in processing and distributing financial and commercial information.
Main duties include responsibility and accountability for the following:
Develop and maintain close working relationships with regional office staff and labour,
Collation and distribution of weekly and monthly cost information,
Processing weekly records including but not limited to timesheets, plant returns, GRN’s, track sheets, Sub-Contractor records,
Assist in the production of the weekly CVR,
Assist in the submission of DFE’s, Applications for Payment and resolution of rejections,
Proactively chase up information from the site team and clients,
Support the Commercial team with administration,
Assistance in managing the list of approved suppliers and subcontractors,
Provide commercial & financial support and undertake cost analysis,
Reviewing current procedures and working with the commercial and operational teams to strive for continuous improvement,
Ensure that the group commercial policies are adhered to,
Take responsibility for information provided and processed in order to provide accurate Management Information to assist in robust decision making,
