Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established manufacturing company. Experience in working in a Sales Coordinator position within the IT industry is desireable but not essential as on-the-job training will be provided for the right candidate.

The role includes:
Handle customer enquiries and orders via inbound and outbound calls, and via email,
Prepare quotations using internal system,
Handle technical queries from customers and refer to technical department,
Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained,
Build relationships with customers and both internal & external teams,
Manage customer complaints,
Support the Sales department with general admin duties,

Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent,
Experience in a Sales Coordinator or Sales Administrator role position - preferably in the IT industry,
Excellent customer service,
Strong computer and administration skills,

Starting basic salary: R 9500 per month plus benefits, plus 23 days paid holiday.
Working hours: Monday - Friday. 8am-5pm.
