Job purpose

The core function is to proactively present and sell offshore property investment opportunities to high net worth investors.

Minimum requirements:

  • Proven track record in direct sales to high net worth individuals
  • Active, qualified database with established sales relationships essential
  • Must be target driven with the ability to meet set target from month one
  • The ability to network to expand your database
  • Must have the ability to work independently with minimum supervision

 

On top of a high basic the salary the structure also offers you uncapped commission earnings. This is a challenging role that will suit a focused, resourceful and success driven individual with established sales relationships. Full product training will be provided to ensure that you are equipped for success.

Nature of the business

Our client offers investors the opportunity to purchase freehold pre-development strategic land in the UK. Working closely with planning and promotion associates and companies that drive the rezoning process in order to realise maximum value from each specific strategic land site. Through our unique offering we invite private investors to partner alongside us and enjoy the same benefits of strategic land as house-builders and large institutional funds do. This means that when the site is rezoned you benefit from the significant uplift in the land value alongside the promoter.

Core purpose of the job

The core purpose of the position of a Property Leasing Sales Consultant is to identify and sell offshore investment property to high net worth investors through networking and relationship building.

Networking

Our client’s facilitates various networking opportunities for our sales staff to expand their databases and get in touch with prospective investors by attending various shows, like Home Makers Expo’s and Denorex Shows.

We consider our Sales staff Sales Professionals and invite suggestions and new ideas.

 

Key requirements
