OUTBOUND CALL CENTRE MANAGER | BUSINESS FUNDING SOLUTIONS COMPANY

| SALARY IS R 30 000 NEGOTIABLE TO EXPERIENCE

Our client is a well-established BUSINESS FUNDING SOLUTIONS COMPANY that provides loans/finance to businesses within various sectors.
They are seeking a CALL CENTER MANAGER FOR THEIR OUTBOUND SALES CALL CENTRE. You must have previous Call Centre Management experience,
within an outbound sales environment. You must have exceptional leadership skills and a proven sales track record in managing and
developing a successful sales team. Our client have a young, dynamic team and are looking for top achievers.

REQUIREMENTS

Matric (essential)
Relevant tertiary quali?cation (advantageous)
Previous Call Centre Management experience within an outbound sales environment
Excellent leadership, training and development skills
Excellent business acumen
Must thrive in a fast-paced environment
Extremely well-spoken and well-presented


RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing and running the full call centre
Manage and oversee a team of Outbound Call Centre Agents
Performance management of staff
Coaching and training of staff
