Job Description

Location: Sandton, JHB

Salary: R40k – R50k per month CTC

   

Duties:

Manage and develop a team of New Business Development Specialists including recruiting, and hiring of new team members

Conduct regular sales meetings with the team

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

Achieve team and individual targets

Develop prospective sales pipeline

Generate and achieve monthly forecasts and accurately predict revenue on a monthly basis.

Manage escalations

New business development 

Facilitate meetings at an Executive level   

 

Requirements:

Matric

Relevant diploma / degree advantageous 

Minimum 5 years sales management experience

Business solution selling experience within an IT / consulting environment 

Account management skills

A good understanding of IT Service Management and Consulting

ITIL and Service Management understanding  

Prior successful sales record and a desire to succeed and achieve target

Ability to relate to customers and understand their needs

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Own reliable vehicle with valid driver's license 

Communication skills
