Job Description


Company is looking to Employ a Front Office Administrator - the following criteria is required:
-Well spoken
-Friendly, bubbly personality
-Well presented
-Basic admin skills
-Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
-A good telephone manner
The position's key elements/functions will be:
-Welcome walk in customers with a professional, friendly approach
-Ensure telephone calls are tended to
-Messages to be relayed via computer system to correct staff
-Assist management with email correspondence to customers
-Sort incoming and outgoing mail
-Maintain stationery issue & register
-Assist management with diary control
A salary of R 9,500 is on offer + other Company benefits
Offering a monthly salary of R 9,000
