Personal Assistant -Bloemfontein

This is an exciting new position!
Our client needs a well-spoken, bubbly person with a confident and charming personality.
Personal Assistant Duties:
•General PA and administration duties
•Typing documents and distributing memos, minutes and agendas
•Completing tasks given by management
•Dealing with the Managers communications and correspondence
•Managing appointments and Managers diary daily
•Organizing business travel, itineraries, and accommodation for Management.
Administration Assistant Duties:
•Customer relationship management
•Compile weekly sales reports
•Assist Admin Manager
•Assist Financial Manager
•General admin duties.
Job requirements:
•Minimum two years working experience
•Strong administration experience
•Must show initiative
•Must be deadline driven
•Must have good interpersonal skills
•Well-spoken/well groomed
•Team player
•Efficient computer literacy- MS Office – Excel, Word and PowerPoint
•Strong organisational, administrative and analytical skills
•Ability to maintain confidentiality
•Ability to produce consistently accurate work even whilst under pressure
•Ability to multi task and manage conflicting demands.
