a well-established estate Agency based in Stellenbosch, is seeking to employ a Administrator / Receptionist.

Requirements:

 

 

  • Minimum three years Administration experience
  • Excellent communicator
  • Computer literate
  • Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
  • Own transport and drivers licence

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist Agents with administration
  • Attend to walk in clients / guest
  • Manage switchboard
  • Assist with any ad hoc duties
