Job Description

Salary of R17 000 per month including company benefits

Your main responsibilities as a PA/Office Assistant are as follows:
Developing and implementing new administrative systems and exploring ways to make the office run more efficiently
Efficient diary management (including planning meetings, travel arrangements, meeting room bookings, ordering and collating necessary paperwork)
Maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment
Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs.
Planning & Scheduling Answering/filtering calls and taking messages
Dealing with invoices and paperwork
Acting as the go-to person for the administration team and supporting them with administration duties
Upkeep of employee personnel records and relevant payroll files
PA/Office Assistant will need to have a minimum of one year of previous administrative experience with some exposure to PA tasks and responsibilities. You will have an eye for detail, reliable and a well-organized professional attitude who takes real pride in their quality of work.

-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Previous experience with organizing events is an advantage
-Good communication skills, particularly with regards to telephone and email
-Outgoing can-do attitude and friendly personality
