Relevant tertiary qualifications
CA (SA) and/or CFA level 2 or 3
First time passes for the above
At least 2 years’ experience post articles/other work experience (if non CA SA).
Experience Global investment industry
Excel (advanced), rest of the Microsoft office suit.
Prepare individual company forecasts and valuations
Review company announcements
Company management visits
Attribution and performance analysis
Initial portfolio composition
Execute broker instructions
Writing client reports
Monthly / quarterly sector review report
Investment committee reports
New business development
Preparation and delivery of client presentation and report backs
Preparation and delivery of presentations for prospective clients
Perform any additional functions that may be required in support to the ongoing management and development of the business
Attention to detail
Good interpersonal / strong presentation skills
Ability to work unattended and as part of a small team
Motivated person, willing to drive the business
Must have good interpersonal skills.
