A well established Logistics company is looking for an Administrator team leader as soon as possible

Vacancy Requirements

Must reside in East London or close by

Fluent in English

Matric certificate

Relevant qualification is advantages

Computer literate

Experience

1 2 years admin experience

Experience with Omni software

Duties and Responsibilities

Capture and repair details in Omni Accounts

Capture Spare parts and repaired jobs card in Omni accounts

Allocating job status in OMNI accounts Date quoted, RNR date, Dispatch ready ex

Allocating jobs to daily trips sheet J

Follow up on trip sheets Correct units picked reasoning on why it was not picked if it may occur

Closing job cards Jobs to be closed when paper work received from reverse logistics

Raising purchase orders in Omni accounts

GRV stock into Omni accounts

Allocate Journal number to PO and related GRV

Assist with repair statuses Email phone calls

Daily Admin report

Oversee Service Centre admin team
