Job Description

Responsibilities include: 

  • Handling a high volume of customer queries: mainly by telephone, email and SMS
  • Adhering to departmental and organisational policy and procedures
  •  Delivering a high standard of customer service to both internal and external customers
  •  Using IT systems including Salesforce CRM to process information
  • Assisting and supporting other Customer Service work streams  when needed
  • Keeping up to date with product knowledge
  • Dealing with dissatisfied customers and escalating to management when appropriate

  • Enthusiasm for, and commitment to, the organisation's mission and values with the ability to bring this to life when liaising with internal and external customers
