• Front of house & management of reception
• Greeting of visitors, efficient & professional service at all times
• Responsible for building relationships with clients & service providers
• Processing and preparation of invoices on Pastel & distributing to clients
• Filing & general admin pertaining to Financial administration
• Obtaining quotes for goods & services, travel & accommodation
• Handling of very confidential documents
• Monitor, maintain / purchase office consumables, stationary, etc.
• Coordination of company events & meetings
• Management of the Office Assistant
• General admin duties, logistics, etc.
Personal Assistant to the MD:
• Provide secretarial & administrative support to the Directors (CEO & CSD)
• Assist with sourcing quotes, travel arrangements & logistics
• Diary management of CEO
• Assist with personal errands (minimal)
• Min grade 12
• Good computer & telephonic skills
• Minimum 5 years administrative experience
• Pastel would be an advantage
• Own transport (required to run errands)
