The Kiosk Sales Person focuses on offering a superior customer service to all customers, emphasizing on selling and up-selling products and the ‘Customer Journey’.
A key focus of this role is to ensure that sales targets are reached and customer queries are resolved through product knowledge, research and trouble shooting.
A Kiosk Sales Person is responsible for safe keeping of all company property and assets, facilitating stock control, processing sales, handling cash and following all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies at all times
Matric or NQF equivalent
Previous Retail sales experience advantageous
Knowledge of customer service principles and processes
Basic business administration knowledge
