Job Description

Duties and responsibilities…

• Processing purchase orders as authorized by management
• Pay supplier invoices in a timely manner
• Take all reasonable discounts on supplier invoices
• Issue invoices to customers
• Supplier reconciliations
• Maintain the petty cash fund
• Provide information to the external accountant who creates the company’s financial statements
• Manage all financial reports
• Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
• Process and manage monthly expenses


1. Tertiary education
2. Excellent IT skills with complete MS office suite experience. Pastel essential
3. Excellent organizational ability
4. Excellent attention to detail

Hours – Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 5pm. Friday 8:30am - 4pm

Remuneration - negotiable
