The incumbent will be responsible for the following functions: ? reception ? liaison with customers ? professional assistance and guidance to customers in selecting and fitting of frames ? generate invoices ? place orders ? write reports ? general administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have: • an appropriate secretarial qualification and/or relevant experience • excellent language skills (oral and written) in Afrikaans and English • excellent numeracy and computer skills (MS Office) • spontaneous and friendly attitude • excellent interpersonal and communication skills • good telephone etiquette • well-groomed appearance.
A market-related compensation package in line with qualifications and experience will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
