Job Description



Offer: R 8000 – R 10 000 + Provident Fund and Optional Annual Bonus

Available: Immediately

Type:  Permanent



Grade 12 essential

HR Diploma or Degree an advantage but not essential

Experience with SETA’s an advantage but not essential



2 - 4 years HR experience

Good Knowledge of general administrative processes

Good understanding of key HR processes and practice skills

Pastel Payroll

Microsoft Office             

Strong administrative capabilities, solid communication, good people skills, time management, organizational abilities 



Updating the following on each employee:

Skills Training

Equity Training 

Educational Qualifications

Performance Management

Induction and Training 

Complete HR Induction and Orientation with all new recruits

Add new employees on Training Matrix

Obtain Quotations for approved training and submit to Management for approval

Arrange and facilitate necessary training

Capture Training on Payroll

Consolidated Report

Obtain certificates from Training Companies



Tracking Contractors hours, verifying invoices and preparing for authorization and payment

Monitoring employee attendance records

Any ad hoc tasks required by management

Internal and external recruitment

Confirmation of employment when requested

Assisting Human Resources manager with various tasks

Maintaining personnel & correspondence files and records

Submit Stationery, Kitchen Stock and PPE Stock Lists
