HR Training Manager
Manufacturing company offering a great opportunity in the HR Division that can lead and direct the Training Team in the development of training initiatives and maintain a motivated skilled workforce.
Some duties include but are not limited to compiling a strategic framework for skills acquisition programmes, monitor and assess the impact of training initiatives, identify skills gaps, manage training staff and manage the section within time and budget.
Must have a Human Science Degree and / or related field.
5 years’ experience in a similar role managing a Department.
Facilitator / Coaching skills.
Registered assessor preferable.
Good understanding of NQF process and relevant legislation.
Strategic Training Focus.
Must be willing to relocate to Saldanha – non negotiable!
