A Medical Company needs a Receptionist for their branch in Umhlanga – to start as soon as possible.
General Receptionist duties (answering to telephone, making of appointments, welcoming of patients, assisting patients and managing the reception area).
Bookkeeping (capturing all cash sales, receiving of payments, issuing of receipts, daily cash-ups, banking of cash)
Stock Control (stock taking, ordering of stock and pricing of repairs)
Debtors (allocating account numbers to new patients, debt collections from patients and M/A, handling of debtors’ queries)
General admin (see that patients complete the patient info forms completely, making copies of ID and M/A cards, forwarding all paperwork to head-office, assisting with workshops/seminars, handling of petty cash and managing of e-mails)
Marketing (sending of promotion letters to patients, keeping record of phone calls to follow-up with marketing material)
Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English
The person must have a warm personality and must enjoy working with patients
Previous medical reception experience is a must (working with medical aids, submitting claims etc.)
Syspro experience will also be an advantage
Must have own reliable transport
