Function and Conference Co-coordinator

Area: Waterkloof

Salary: Negotiable (Based on most recent or current)

Availability: February 2017

Position Type: Permanent


Seeking a qualified and experienced Function and Conference Co-ordinator for a large company based in Pretoria


Education / Required Qualifications:


Tourism Qualification / Event and Conference Coordination


Minimum Requirements

Own vehicle

Galileo an advantage but not a necessity

A minimum of two years’ experience in Event/Conference Coordination

Must work well under pressure, and be hands on

Must be independent and able to work without Supervision

Must have strong event planning skills, be hard working and dedicated


Main Responsibilities

Consulting with clients on a daily basis

Full Coordination of Conferences

Full Coordination of Events

Leasing with suppliers

Client visits
