Job Description

Fleet Insurance Administrator

Location: Pietermaritzburg

Salary: R7k per month negotiable

 

 

Requirements:

Matric

Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar role

Microsoft Office

Fleet Insurance

Logistics Insurance

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

 

Duties:

Doing investigation on incidents, minor claims, major claims, risk analysis, determining the root cause of the incidents, liaising with drivers to get statements, communicating with 3rd parties involved in the incident, complete file maintenance, data capturing and all admin activities related to insurance issues and incidents.

Administer all insurance related incidents

Closing off all incidents as per departmental KPI

Conduct and administer investigations for all incidents and determine root cause by conducting a root cause analysis and possible contributing factors within time frame allocated as per departmental procedure

Liaise and provide administrative support with relevant departments in addressing the root cause of incidents

Request and receive all quotations relevant to the incident to be captured on the applicable registers

Provide administrative support to the department manager as and when required

Ensure timeous submissions of all finance and insurance related invoices for payments

Ensure smooth handling of all department related activities as per managements request

Ad hoc tasks as required
