Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Secretary to provide a general secretarial and admin support to our team.

Key Duties include:

Provide general secretarial and admin service as part of the secretarial function to the team,
Typing and general word processing,
Preparation and production of documents, correspondence, invoices, forms and checklists,
Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch,
Handling telephone and email enquiries,
File management, including the opening, closing, archiving and retrieval of files in accordance with the appropriate procedures,
Data Capture,
Carrying out regular filing of either hard copy or soft copy client matter related correspondence including emails and faxes,
Booking meetings ensuring adequate preparation for meetings, managing room and refreshment bookings and ensuring appropriate notifications are sent out to the relevant departments / employees,

Personal Attributes / Requirements:

Grade 12,
Strong computer skills,
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English),
Strong planning and organising ability,
Proactive approach to problem solving,
Strong people skills,
Administration experience, ideally spent within the professional services sector,

Starting basci salary R 12,500 per month plus benefits,
