The Junior Account Manager will work on the agencies key account in the FMCG Retail sector, building relationships with key stakeholders to fully understand the brands and their aims.
Duties will include:
Taking briefs from key stakeholders and playing an active role in planning strategies within the agency,
Overseeing briefs through to execution ensuring all work is completed on time within budget,
Providing feedback to the internal teams to ensure we always meets clients expectations,
Compiling reports for clients on campaign effectiveness,
Identifying additional opportunities for clients and presenting ideas back to them,
Supporting senior members of staff,
Its a unique opportunity for a Junior Account Manager who works in house with a retailer to have a real involvement in the development of ideas and strategies alongside the rest of the team, working on major global brands. The work is incredibly varied and you will be part of a rapidly expanding agency with big ambitions, opportunities for progression are very strong.
Starting basic salary R 25,000 per month plus benefits.
Applicants may have agency or client side experience working with recognisable consumer brands or retailers,
They must be willing to be hands on and able to learn quickly in an environment where no two days are the same,
Excellent client management skills are a pre requisite,
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines,
