Job Description

Property Management Company seeking full-time Office Clerk for busy office. We are seeking an experienced individual with excellent organizational skills. An ideal candidate would be one who is career-oriented, motivated and works well with a dynamic team in a fast paced setting.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Interface with tenants, vendors and visitors - Prepare various notices and letters as necessary for tenants - Process rental applications - Prepare lease agreements - Ensure proper organization of all office files - Perform clerical tasks as assigned

Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in office settings - Detail oriented with strong verbal/written communication, organization and interpersonal skills - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities to conclusion - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite .

Requirements

Minimum level of education: Middle school
