Customer Service / Helpdesk Administrator

GENERAL REQUIREMENT / DUTIES:
You will be Supporting the customer services team in providing a high quality service, dealing with customers on a daily basis.
You will also be Answering calls from clients, handling queries
Ensuring customer service is managed
Monitoring daily work schedules
Producing customer service reports
Managing diary appointments
